Return and Refund Policy

Please contact us at hello@craftingdreamsfabric.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address after approving your request.

Eligible returns: Unused, unwashed, and uncut physical items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. This includes eligible unopened kits, bundles, and notions.

Final sale items: Fabric cut to order, custom-cut yardage, custom bundles, clearance items marked final sale, and digital downloads are final sale. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Return shipping: For an approved return due to a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless the return is because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll email you about the refund decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
